Organize PDF pages

Once a PDF is assembled, fixing the page order usually means starting over in whatever software created it. DMI's organize tool skips that: it shows a thumbnail of every page, lets you drag pages into a new order, and lets you delete the ones you do not need, all before saving a clean, reordered copy. Because everything runs locally in your browser, the document never leaves your device while you edit it. It is well suited to tidying up scanned booklets that came out of order, removing blank or duplicate pages, or rearranging a report before sending it on, and the result downloads immediately once you confirm the changes.

How it works

  1. Upload the PDF whose pages you want to reorganize.
  2. Drag pages into the order you want, or delete unwanted ones.
  3. Click Save to download the reorganized PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Is the page organizer free?

Yes, reordering and deleting PDF pages with DMI is completely free, with no signup and no restriction on how many documents you rearrange. There is no watermark added and no paid tier required to use every feature.

Are my files private and safe?

Yes. Page reordering and deletion happen entirely in your browser, so the PDF is never uploaded anywhere. We record usage metadata, including your IP address, tool name, filename, and file size, for up to 12 months to prevent abuse, but never keep the file content.

Can I undo a page deletion before saving?

Yes. Deleted pages are only removed from the working preview, not the original file, and you can keep adjusting the order or bring pages back before you click Save. Nothing is finalized until you download the new PDF.
